With the Dash 4 aluminum fitting, it is possible to manufacture steel braided lines yourself according to individual needs and to install them free of tension. No additional seals are required. The technical design of the fitting is optimized for maximum flow and reduces turbulence and pressure losses in your Boost Cooler Water-Methanol Injection System.

Assembly Instructions

Wrap the steel flex cable at the interface with adhesive tape and cut to size with a fine saw.
Unscrew the press nut from the fitting and push it onto the hose.
Push the sealing olive onto the PTFE core up to the inner collar. The steel flex jacket must now be over the sealing olive.
Screw the fitting into the PTFE tube as far as it will go and screw the press nut to the fitting by hand.
Clamp the press nut in a vice and tighten it
Perform a pressure test.
